Today students had lessons in music, science, English, math, Kekan, and P.E. The most interesting lesson of the day was “Kekan,” a unique subject at Pine Hills that incorporates moral education, humanities, and other fields. Today’s lesson focused on cultural exchange. Students of each school taught each other their own country’s language, culture, and traditions (dance, songs, traditional clothing). It was a valuable lesson for both schools to communicate, exchange cultures, and deepen understanding of another country. Lastly, for P.E. class a friendly pickleball tournament was held between Pine Hills and Hakuho. Both schools displayed outstanding sportsmanship, teamwork, and commitment.
