On Friday, January 9, a guidance session and preparation training for the childcare experience practicum was held by staff from Kanagawa Prefectural Government and Sigma Staff Co., Ltd. (the entrusted operator). The Childcare Course will conduct a childcare experience practicum in March as part of the “Kanagawa Prefecture Children’s Smile Cheerleading Project” (organized by Kanagawa Prefecture Welfare Children’s Future Bureau, Children’s Future Division, Next Generation Development Section). Students will support children’s care while assisting the operations of childcare workers and facility management. Students learned points to watch for and the necessary mindset, preparing for March.
