Tuesday was the first chance for Hakuho students to join their classmates at Miriam College. The morning started with a meeting with the Principal and head teachers and participating in the flag-raising ceremony. Hakuho students were matched to classes at their corresponding grade level in Japan and studied various subjects including English, Tagalog, Math, Business, and more. For dinner, students were treated once again to traditional Filipino cuisine at UP Town Center near the campus. Hakuho students reported being surprised by the differences in teaching styles between Japan and Miriam College in the Philippines.
