To applicants: 1) Gathering — Thursday, January 22, 9:00. 2) Roll call: applicants will be guided from the main entrance to each waiting room, with roll call taken at gathering time. 3) Exam method: after roll call, applicants will be guided sequentially to the interview venue for individual interviews. 4) Bring: exam admission ticket, writing implements. 5) Response in case of disaster: for those late due to transportation delays from earthquake or snow, the exam will be conducted upon arrival at school. In case of major disruption, start time will be postponed (to afternoon); notification via (i) our website, (ii) Nippon Broadcasting Radio around 6-7 a.m. (AM 1242kHz / FM 93.0MHz), (iii) phone to the applicant’s junior high school. If transportation is uncertain, the exam will be postponed to a later date with the same notification method. 6) Results — Friday, January 23, 10:00–16:00 on our website.
