On the first day of school at Pine Hills International School, Hakuho students were warmly welcomed by all teachers and students in the morning assembly. They had many interesting classes on their first day, including E-commerce, where they learned the fundamentals of being an entrepreneur and running a successful business. Hakuho students collaborated with Pine Hills students to create new products and present them to the class โ challenging their creativity, teamwork, and presentation skills. For music class, they learned about traditional Malaysian instruments, expanding their knowledge of musical instruments and understanding of Malaysian culture. For Malay language class, Hakuho students learned vocabulary for days of the week; Pine Hills students taught them proper pronunciation. At the end of class, the teacher tested them and everyone scored a perfect mark. Lastly, for special sports activity, Hakuho students played pickleball โ a popular sport in Malaysia with elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Students put all their energy into the game and really enjoyed it. At the end of the day, students had an intensive English class to improve their speaking skills, preparing a speech to present to the class.
