Day 4 of the overseas program started with morning yoga. Balancing mind and body, students approached subsequent activities calmly. In the morning, they attended a history class at the local school, deepening their understanding of India’s history. In the following art class, students demonstrated creativity and produced highly finished pieces. Through the creative activity, they naturally warmed up to local students and enjoyed smile-filled exchange. In the afternoon they practiced the “ramp top” performance planned for Friday, calling out to one another and engaging enthusiastically. To conclude, we were guided on a bus tour of Tumkur city and purchased local souvenirs such as soap and fabric products. It was a very fulfilling day rich with learning and exchange opportunities.
