Reiwa 7 Closing Ceremony Held
2026.07.14
On Thursday, March 19, we held the Reiwa 7 closing ceremony. In the Principal’s address, referring to the origin of our school’s name and the recent WBC (World Baseball Classic), he spoke about the harshness of competition. When things do not go as planned, we may want to blame our surroundings, but true professionals never blame others โ they take the next step by earnestly re-examining themselves. Looking back on this past year and taking both successes and failures as nourishment, an attitude of self-examination without excuses will lead to significant growth in the next school year. Awards followed for our bouldering club, volleyball, basketball, and dance teams. Our gymnastics, tennis, and swimming (water polo) teams also achieved excellent results and secured advancement to the next competitions. Next was the departure ceremony for retiring teachers, who shared warm messages with students; the Student Council presented flower bouquets in gratitude. From the Student Guidance department came reminders about spring break: with more social opportunities, each student should take responsibility for their actions, review SNS use, and consider the newly revised bicycle traffic laws (using smartphones while riding or riding with earphones will be subject to penalties). All faculty look forward to seeing everyone return refreshed and energetic for the April opening ceremony.
